Camp Navarro has a full-time certified Medic on the property at all times. In case of a situation/emergency that cannot be handled by the onsite medical personnel, 911 will be called. The call may be for the following, but not limited to: allergic reactions, injuries, , or any situation that medical personnel feels as though basic medical care will not suffice. Although Camp It Up! Management, and Camper family's adults will be consulted, the Camp Navarro medic and Camp Navarro Management have final decision-making authority in all medical and/or emergency scenarios on Camp Navarro property.
Urgent Care, if needed, is at the hospital located in Ukiah 37 miles away. Campers are responsible for the costs of transport to the hospital and hospital bills incurred.
Any costs incurred by Camp Navarro for emergency medical service will be charged to the person/s receiving the services.
Medications, breast milk, insulin, etc. should be checked in upon arrival with the Camp Navarro medic for locked, refrigerated storage.
