The Camp It Up! 2024 Leadership Team is essential to the programming that makes our Camps so amazing. All positions' core responsibilities are in alignment with our organization's vision and commitment to diversity, racial justice, equity, radical inclusivity, and Restorative Justice practices. We are seeking people to join our Leadership Team who have expertise and ability to collaboratively create a fun, creative, radically inclusive, welcoming, and respectful Queer normative Camp program environment. Our Leadership Team members all have a demonstrated commitment to Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), Lesbian Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Asexual + (LGBTQAI+) families, and BIPOC & LGBTQAI+, Non-binary, Gender Queer, Gender Nonconforming, and Gender Expansive Youth.
We are welcoming applications for the following Leadership Team positions:- All positions have been filled for 2024.

All Leadership Team members are required to be fully vaccinated with boosters and follow the Covid-19 Health Safety Protocols of Camp It Up!.
Founded in 1990, Camp It Up! (CIU!) is the first Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Asexual, Intersex + (LGBTQAI+) family camp in the United States. CIU! offers programming where LGBTQAI+ families, LGBTQAI+ youth and their families, and their allies are affirmed, embraced, and celebrated; honoring the uniqueness of every family.
